The Opportunity
 
Wednesday - Sunday 21:30 - 06:00

In this roleas Area Manager, you will lead the High Care department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver daily production plans.
  • Driving performance across KPIs including efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, Health & Safety, and food safety standards.
  • Managing up to 16 production lines, including allergen and AVS cleans.
  • Coaching Team Leaders and developing talent pipelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and engaging with retail customers like Tesco, Starbucks, and Urban Eat.

  • Has hands-on experience managing food production departments.

  • Understands HACCP and holds relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety and IOSH desirable).
