The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting our facilities management needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, correspondence, scheduling, and office/IT equipment setup, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, conducting stock checks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and safety, including repairs, cleaning, equipment upkeep, and compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with basic payroll or employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office and warehouse-related services, including maintenance contracts and supplies.
- Track expenses, process payments, and support finance-related administrative tasks as required.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, ideally with exposure to facilities management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to details.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent.
