TL;DR
- We're on the lookout for an ambitious, highly driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team at Customuse. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone early in their career who's passionate about influencer marketing and is ready to own influencer growth from the ground up at a fast-growing 3D creator platform (8M+ users).
What you'll do
- Develop and execute our influencer marketing strategy
- Identify, vet, and recruit content creators aligned with our brand
- Manage influencer relationships and nurture long-term partnerships
- Create effective partnership offerings and negotiate terms
- Build and scale our affiliate marketing program from the ground up
- Establish clear performance metrics and ROI tracking systems
- Collaborate with our product team to align influencer/affiliate initiatives with broader business goals
Who you are
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, or related field
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partnership ROI
- Experience managing partnership budgets and negotiating with creators/agencies
- Growth mindset and eagerness to experiment, iterate, and scale
