What you'll do

  • Develop and execute our influencer marketing strategy
  • Identify, vet, and recruit content creators aligned with our brand
  • Manage influencer relationships and nurture long-term partnerships
  • Create effective partnership offerings and negotiate terms
  • Build and scale our affiliate marketing program from the ground up
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ROI tracking systems
  • Collaborate with our product team to align influencer/affiliate initiatives with broader business goals

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, or related field
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partnership ROI
  • Experience managing partnership budgets and negotiating with creators/agencies
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to experiment, iterate, and scale
