About the Role
Lex Exec is partnering with an award winning boutique family law firm ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 for its exceptional expertise in high-value family matters. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its growing London team, working alongside some of the most respected practitioners in family law.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated financial and children work for HNW and UHNW clients, with genuine scope to take on strategic leadership responsibilities and a clear progression path toward partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex family law cases, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters.
- Advise HNW and UHNW clients with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Draft and negotiate pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to firm strategy, business development, and client relationship growth.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in family law.
- Strong experience across financial and children work, ideally for private clients.
- Skilled in managing intricate, high-value matters with confidence.
- Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and collaborative.
- Ready to take on more responsibility or a leadership position within a progressive firm.
