About The Role This is a senior‑level opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on strategic thinking, complex casework, and leadership. You’ll be working on private family law matters, including: Matrimonial finance and private child arrangements Strategic case planning, negotiation, and advocacy Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to firm‑wide initiatives Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Managing complex private family law cases with strategic insight Providing high‑quality advocacy and negotiation in finance and child law matters Mentoring junior team members and supporting firm‑wide initiatives Maintaining excellent client communication and delivering first‑class service Qualifications We require: 7+ years PQE in private family law A proven track record in litigation, especially in finance and child law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A sense of humour and resilience under pressure A commitment to delivering a first‑class client experience Why Join Fullers?
