Your Role
• Lead the design and delivery of landscape projects from concept to completion
• Provide design and technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams
• Mentor junior colleagues and help shape studio culture
• Build client relationships and represent the practice at key industry events
What You'll Need
• CMLI qualified with 5+ years' post-chartership experience
• Strong design, leadership, and project delivery skills
• Proficiency in Vectorworks/CAD (Adobe Suite and QGIS desirable)
• Experience within the UK Planning System and multi-disciplinary environments
