Director of External Relations

Are you a dynamic, strategic leader with a proven track record in marketing, pupil recruitment and fundraising? Do you want to shape the next chapter of a prestigious independent girls' school with a heritage of excellence?
Queen's College, London, one of the leading independent day schools for girls seeks a visionary and capable Director of External Relations to lead and deliver a unified strategy across marketing & communications, admissions, and development.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Build and strengthen Queen's brand and marketing plans;
  • Drive growth in admissions and broaden access;
  • Cultivate donor and alumnae engagement to support our ambitious financial and educational goals.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who Brings

  • Significant senior level experience in marketing, admissions and development, ideally in education or non profit sectors;
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, data orientation, and a passion for educational values;
  • A collaborative leadership style and the capacity to deliver results through teams.
