The crowdfunding sector is highly regulated, and we are looking for a keen, pragmatic and capable individual to join our Compliance team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling reconciliation and payments to/from our client money account
  • Scrutinising financial promotions, marketing material, and investment offer documentation ensuring they meet compliance standards.
  • Handling AML/KYC processes — investigations, remediation, and due diligence.
  • Maintaining ShareIn's training log and coordinating training sessions

Role Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a numerate discipline
  • At least 2 years' direct experience working in a Finance, Audit or Compliance role.
  • Experience working within a regulated framework or for a regulated firm. Understanding of FCA regulations, AML, KYC, and financial promotions a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK, and we'd like you to live not too far from Edinburgh so you can meet the rest of the Team every now and again.
