Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a confident and charismatic Lettings Manager to join a thriving independent estate and lettings agency in Wimborne. The successful candidate will have a proven background in residential lettings, valuations, and listings, with the drive to motivate a team and win new business. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Leading the lettings team to achieve targets
  • Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
  • Driving new business and spotting growth opportunities
  • Mentoring and motivating staff to perform at their best
  • Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to completion
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential lettings
  • Proven track record of valuations and listings
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service standards
  • Confident telephone manner and professional presentation
  • Smart, articulate, and ambitious personality
  • Knowledge of Wimborne and surrounding areas (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Professional, positive, and self-motivated approach
