Job Summary

As the Repair & Lettings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding our lettings and contracts portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow relationships with letting agencies and contracts, ensuring that we provide an efficient service to a high standard. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, as well as having a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to all letting agency emails and enquiries ensuring that all communication is handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate with tenants to book in all repair callouts and deliveries.
  • Oversee and sign off all completed jobs feeding back to the letting agency once the jobs finalised which includes sending all invoices.
  • Quote letting agencies on new appliances when a repair hasn't been carried out.
  • Evaluate and enhance current letting agency processes and administrative procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide support to the Repairs Manager as and when needed.
  • Collaborate with various team members across the business to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Foster and grow working relationships with existing letting agencies to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new partnerships and actively seek and establish new contractual opportunities to expand the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
