- Local communications strategy and deployment: A dedicated liaison team that ensures communications and initiatives from the Global team are effectively adapted and amplified across regions. This hybrid team works closely with both the Global employee experience communications team and local counterparts to tailor overarching messaging, materials, and tactics to local realities—maximizing engagement and impact while aligning with business priorities.
- Internal editorial management and content strategy: Working closely with the Director and content strategy peers, this person manages the company-wide internal editorial calendar and drives continuous improvement across internal communications—ensuring strategic alignment, editorial consistency, and audience relevance to maximize employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Create synergies and collaborate closely with the Global Director, Corporate Communications – Strategic and Executive and the Global Director, External Communications and Reputation to shape and deliver a unified, enterprise-wide 360° communications strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders across corporate functions to align employee experience initiatives with business priorities.
- Represent the Internal Communications function with senior leadership and in strategic planning discussions.
Enterprise internal communications planning—backed by data

- Champion enterprise-wide engagement moments, including awards, culture campaigns, and storytelling platforms that elevate employee voices.
- Design and monitor feedback channels to capture employee sentiment and inform continuous improvement.
- Develop governance frameworks, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms to measure impact relentlessly, inform decision-making and drive accountability.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, clarity, and consistency in how we communicate and engage employees globally
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
- Significant experience in internal communications or culture transformation, including experience managing a team.
- Experience operating in a complex, matrixed, and multi-regional organization.
