WANTED A skilled, experienced and highly motivated estate agent for a Self-Employed position in a supportive environment. The perfect candidate will be Sales & Lettings Professional who can drive residential sales and lettings, deliver excellent service, and generate new business within a growing operation in the Nine Elms area.

An opportunity has arisen for a self-employed Sales & Lettings Professional with strong selling and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a personable, proactive approach.

The ideal individual will be driven, collaborative, and passionate about residential property. A proven background in sales and/or lettings, along with knowledge of the local area, will be highly beneficial. You will need strong organisational abilities, confidence in client-facing situations, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

 What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting residential sales and lettings activity across the local area
• Handling enquiries and conducting property viewings
• Securing new instructions and generating new business
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
• Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Managing records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Representing the brand professionally within the community

 What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential estate agency
• Previous Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of South West London and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• A committed and professional approach to estate agency
