The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Picker/Driver to join our team. This is a dual-role position where your day will be split between warehouse duties and local driving for customer collections.

What You'll Be Doing:

Morning – Warehouse (Picking & Packing):

  • Accurately picking customer orders using our up-to-date warehouse tech systems
  • Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment
  • Working closely with a small, friendly team

Afternoon – Driving (Local Collections):

  • Carrying out scheduled collections from customers in the local area
  • Providing a polite and professional service at all times
  • Safely loading and securing goods for return to the warehouse
  • Completing basic paperwork or digital checks where required

What We're Looking For:

  • Full UK driving licence (clean or with minimal points preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
