What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing and motivating the branch sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Driving new business and securing instructions
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring profitability
  • Building brand presence within the local market
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and client care
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Ensuring sales pipeline is well-managed and conversions are maximised
  • Maintaining a professional and positive branch environment 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency (Branch Manager level essential)
  • Strong team leadership and sales management abilities
  • Track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Organised, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Passion for property and commitment to customer service
  • Well-presented, confident, and articulate
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
