Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Shirehampton - up to £27k basic + Commission

My client is an award winning, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business.  They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Shirehampton. 

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

As Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
  • Experience working as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is essential
