We are looking for a highly motivated
Investment Banking Analyst Intern
to join our London team and support three senior bankers in driving business development, client coverage, and transaction execution across our global client base.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone seeking
broad exposure to investment banking
, working across multiple teams. You will gain a
360° view
of the investment banking ecosystem and will have the opportunity to participate in
live transactions
and engage directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the team through:

Business Development & Client Coverage

  • Conducting research on clients' portfolios, investments, and strategic activity
  • Building and maintaining databases to track client insights
  • Assisting with client memos, coverage materials and action plans

Deal Origination & Execution Support

  • Supporting preparation of pitchbooks and marketing materials
  • Performing financial modelling and credit analysis for financing transactions
  • Analysing financial data for ongoing and prospective deals

Market & Transaction Research

  • Gathering and reviewing financial, industry, and market data
  • Supporting the team across a wide range of strategic and financing projects

Compliance

  • Adhering to all internal, legal, and regulatory requirements, including financial crime prevention and compliance policies

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking a high-potential candidate with:

  • Minimum
    2:1 degree
    (or equivalent)
  • Prior
    internship experience
    in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Infrastructure Funds
  • Strong interest in
    financial markets, investment banking, and private equity
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
  • Strong integrity and professionalism
  • Fluency in English
    (written and verbal)
