We are looking for a highly organised and dedicated individual to join our SEND Services team as an Inclusive Learning Administrator. This role will provide essential administrative assistance to our busy department, ensuring the smooth running of processes and services.
Key responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, collating information, and maintaining spreadsheets to track work progress. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing records, liaising with schools, authorities, staff, and parents, and ensuring efficient operations within the Inclusive Learning team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. They should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent telephone skills, particularly when liaising with parents, teaching staff, and the local authority, are essential. Basic knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage.
They will demonstrate strong administrative abilities and be capable of organising their own workload efficiently. A proactive, detail-oriented approach, along with adaptability and flexibility in meeting the needs of the department, is essential.
