We are currently recruiting for a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Please note that we are unable to offer part-time roles at this time. The role involves a mix of day shifts, waking night shifts, and sleep-in shifts, all scheduled in line with your responsibilities to maintain safe and effective care.
At The Recovery Hub, we work alongside individuals to help them manage and maintain their mental health and wellbeing, develop essential life skills, and regain independence—empowering them to move on to more independent living.

The successful Support Worker will:
Have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and maturity.
The ability to motivate yourself and others and be able to work openly and honestly as part of a team.
Have good values, showing compassion, kindness, empathy and understanding to the people they support.
Will be willing to engage in learning to support the development of themselves and those around them, be flexible and able to adapt to any situation and put the person at the centre of all that they do.
As Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
To encourage and enable service users to make day-to-day choices and major life decisions, signposting as appropriate, and to develop a positive self-image and maintain good health.
To support service users to develop relationships to maintain contact with family and friends.
To provide service users with the agreed necessary support to maximise their independence and to develop social and life skills.
To support social inclusion for people within the local community
