heart of St James's, is seeking a passionate and talented Night In Room Dining Waiter to
join our exceptional Food & Beverage team. Under the
strategic guidance of two Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines MBE, our Food & Beverage reflects a refined approach to British and European cuisine, blending
tradition with innovation.

Located just moments from Green Park, Buckingham Palace, and
the vibrant West End, The Stafford offers an inspiring setting at the very
heart of London's cultural and culinary scene.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Delivering food& drinks orders to the guest rooms
  • Clearing trays
  • Setting up breakfast/dining trays
  • Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus
  • Upselling guest orders at opportune moments to maximise revenue
  • Assisting the restaurant, bar and private dining with breakfast set up and service
  • Ensuring all special requests are communicated to the relevant departments
  • Work with your team and the kitchen team to ensure each guest has a memorable 5* experience
