**We are currently recruiting for**a**n**In** Room Dinin**g Waiter/ ess** for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel**The** Londoner.**

**Overview**:

- We are expanding our In Room Dining Team at The Londoner and are currently recruiting an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress.
- As an In-Room Dining Waiter/ Waitress you will be responsible for delivering all guest orders to the guest rooms promptly.
- You should be confident in carrying plates and trays ensuring that the food and or beverage are beautifully presented to the guest.
- You will be fully competent with all menu items and be able to answer any questions a guest has.
- You will deal with any feedback or complaints a guest has promptly and will ensure feedback is given to the In Room Dining Manager if you are not able to deal with the complaint yourself.
- You will ensure that service standards are always kept high and that you do your very best to excel in the service that you deliver.

**About You**:

- Previous experience of working in a high-end food operation ideally with In Room Dining experience. Training will however be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Have an Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
