We're looking for an experienced and reliable subcontracting, full time Cavity Wall Installer Team (typically a 2-person crew) to join our growing business. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, meeting standards, and delivering energy-saving solutions to customers, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of cavity wall insulation as per system design to residential properties
  • Ensure all work meets current industry standards and quality assurance guidelines
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation checks
  • Comfortable in working in confined spaces
  • Maintain a tidy, respectful approach on site
  • Complete all necessary digital records
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the office team
  • Flexible approach to working
  • Available to stay away from home and work throughout the UK, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience installing cavity wall insulation (e.g., blown bead or mineral wool)
  • NVQ level 2 in cavity wall installation
  • IAA accreditation or similar
  • Knowledge of the Eco installation paperwork.
  • Full UK driving licence (at least one team member)
  • CSCS card preferred but not essential
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on safety and compliance
