Redchurch Townhouse…
Redchurch Townhouse features 37 bedrooms ranging from Tiny to Large and individually designed in 1950s and 1970s styles, with retro chandeliers and mid-century armchairs. On the ground floor you will find a Cecconi's restaurant and bar serving our infamous lobster spaghetti, as well as house favourites veal Milanese and homemade pizza and pasta.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced
Bartender
to join our East London team at
Cecconi's Redchurch (E2 7DP
)
. As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.
What We Are Looking For...
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
- If you don't have previous cocktail experience but want to learn how to be a Bartender in the future, try applying to a 'Barback' position instead
