Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our client base by engaging potential customers and promoting our energy brokerage services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our energy brokerage services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored energy solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using Salesforce.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to support company growth
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
