Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate self employed Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated while enhancing their natural beauty. We operate across two salons in Lichfield and Hoar Cross.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various beauty treatments including HD brows, LVL lashes, waxing , facials, massages, BIAB nail application tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment area and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their requirements, and offering professional advice on beauty products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £12.21-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
