Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the kitchen
  • Plan and create menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal availability of ingredients
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
