As a Demi Chef
de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the
highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work alongside
talented chefs, contributing to the creation of our exquisite menus.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting
  with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Supervising
  and guiding a small team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitoring
  stock levels and placing orders for your section.
• Ensuring
  meticulous attention to detail in all culinary tasks.
• Upholding
  Firmdale's standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Communicating
  effectively with your team and other departments to ensure seamless service.

What you Need:

• Proven
  experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.
• A genuine
  passion for food and culinary arts.
• Exceptional
  organisational and communication skills.
• The
  ability to work well within a team and independently.
• A keen
  eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
