Position: Night Concierge

Location: Fitzroy Place London W1T

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary:  £30,500 per annum

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a high end residential development located in Fitzrovia. Consisting of 289 luxury residential apartments. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard, and includes commercial office units and a restored Grade II Chapel. The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
