Position: Night Concierge

Location: 3 Canalside Walk, Paddington

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary:  £28,000 - £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development located in the iconic Paddington Basin. The development contains 155 residential apartments and benefits from various onsite facilities including a three-storey car park and a business centre with a meeting room and cinema, as well as communal gardens.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
