Within their Bespoke Content Team, they seamlessly create, design and deliver tailored digital learning solutions, working within an agency business model.

They are now looking for a Learning Experience Lead to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As the Learning Experience Lead, you will co-lead a squad of digital learning professionals, delivering high-quality learning solutions that delight clients and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Working with a diverse range of organisations, you will connect creative ideation with practical execution, ensuring every project is innovative, purposeful, and strengthens the relationship between our client and their customers.

Leading and inspiring content developers, visual designers and learning specialists, you will provide strategic oversight, support junior team members, and work closely with project management to enable effective resource planning.

Additionally, you will:

• Consult with clients to identify needs and propose high-level learning solutions
• Create high-level learning concepts and storyboards
• Translate ideas into strong, actionable briefs
• Maintain accountability for the quality and creativity of all deliverables

About You

To be considered as the Learning Experience Lead, you will need:

• Significant experience in instructional design across digital and blended formats
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding creative teams
• Excellent storytelling and client-facing communication abilities
• Deep understanding of learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and other design tools
• An analytical mindset and the ability to propose resonant, evidence-based learning solutions
