About Us

At Baylham Care Centre we provide high-quality care and support to our residents in a friendly and safe environment. As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in creating a home our residents are proud of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, tidy, and hygienic, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Maintain a high standard of infection control through daily cleaning routines.
  • Manage laundry services, ensuring residents' clothing and linens are clean and well-presented.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to support the overall wellbeing of residents.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in housekeeping (preferable but not essential; full training provided).
  • A friendly and approachable attitude with attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £12.21-£12.41 per hour
