Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Operations Executive to join a highly regarded educational magazine publisher based in London.

The company publishes award-winning print and digital products for schools and families, providing engaging news and learning resources that help young people build critical thinking and media literacy skills.

As Operations Executive, you'll play a central role in ensuring that the company's print and digital editions are produced and distributed efficiently.

You'll coordinate weekly print runs, liaise with external suppliers such as printers and mailing houses, and track orders and deliveries. You'll also work closely with the customer service team to help resolve subscription and distribution queries from clients, and support with general office administration.

This varied role will suit someone highly organised and process-driven who enjoys working in a close-knit team and taking ownership of day-to-day operational details. You'll need strong communication skills and experience gained in publishing, subscriptions, or customer service.

The company operates a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two from home, typically Wednesday and Thursday as core office days. A salary of up to £30k is in offer, plus company benefits.
