Description

As a Client Care Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business, managing a range of queries from clients about their existing products and services. You will provide a high-class experience, ensuring support and guidance meet targets and service level agreements.

The role involves collaborating with other teams to investigate and resolve issues, employing excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Communication will mostly occur over the phone, with some email correspondence.

The role of Client Care Advisor:
