We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Representative ready to take the next step in their SaaS sales career — joining a fast-scaling Prop-Tech platform provider that's transforming how property businesses operate.


The platform:

A multifunctional SaaS suite built to help property firms simplify compliance, automate admin, and increase profitability.

You'll be representing innovative technology that enables clients to:

Digitally manage safety certificates and inspections

Automate reminders and regulatory documentation

Track renewals, maintenance tasks & contractor activity

Centralise all property data and communication in one system

Free up staff time and protect revenue through real-time insights

Your development journey:

First 6 weeks → Shadow senior management and learn the full SaaS sales cycle from demo to close.

First 6 months → Start running your own discovery calls and demos.

In 9-12 months → Step up into an Account Executive, closing position in the SME sector, whilst continuing to engage with enterprise clients as an SDR.

In 18-36 months → Progress into Enterprise SaaS Sales, running complex multi-stakeholder sales processes through to close.

  • Experienced in sales outreach used to engaging C Level decision makers

  • Motivated by career progression and the opportunity to develop.

  • Someone who thrives on building rapport and trust with clients — not just chasing numbers.

  • Naturally curious and great at researching and qualifying prospects.

  • Open to exploring how AI and automation can elevate your sales process.

  • Confident using modern sales tools and CRMs.

Ideal for someone from SaaS sales background, with a desire to develop into a closing role, within a forward-thinking, tech-led business.
