How will you help shape the way we connect with customers and run our business? Join our
9-week summer internship
and get hands-on experience across a variety of real-world business activities. Whether you're supporting strategic planning, improving performance, or helping us deliver better experiences for our customers, you'll be part of a team driving change across a national organisation.

You'll work alongside our Customer, Strategy and Communications teams on work that could include:

  • Strategic customer initiatives
  • Business performance and planning
  • Compliance, governance and assurance

What You'll Need to Succeed

You'll need to bring a positive mindset, take ownership of your work, and be ready to adapt when things shift. We're looking for great communicators who work well with others, stay organised, and think critically to solve problems. If you're curious, passionate, and keen to learn, you'll fit right in and grow fast.

To be eligible for our placement programme, you must:

  • Be finishing the
    second year
    of your undergraduate degree programme in June 2026.
  • Expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 in any subject.
  • Be able attend a 2-day induction from
    29th-30th June 2026
    .
  • Hold an unrestricted Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the placement.
    Due to the salary level of this role, we cannot offer sponsorship for the position for individuals that don't have the Right to Work in the UK.

Assessment Centres will run in
January and February 2026
, and you'll hear back soon after about whether you've secured a placement.

All offers to the programme are subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
