Overview
Join our team in leading the integration and optimization of sophisticated technology solutions within Pension Operations and the Pension Systems Department (PSD). Partner with colleagues to improve efficiency, introduce innovative solutions, and uphold the highest governance standards. Play a critical role in delivering impactful, flawless, and future-focused results
How you'll make an impactBusiness Understanding
- Develop a solid understanding of business systems and processes.
- Explore and apply a wide variety of technology solutions beyond traditional methods.
- Provide feedback to improve the business operating model.
- Ensure solutions align with Consumer Duty principles, especially for Vulnerable Customers.
- Collaborate with PSD to ensure teams are fully prepared for release.
- Test automated routines thoroughly across all scenarios.
- Develop and implement manual processes where automation isn't available.
- Train and support teams to expertly manage schemes from debut.
- Contribute to post-installation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with teams to optimize technology solutions.
- Support teams in managing changes to technology systems.
- Use data insights to evaluate the success of technology implementations.
- Ensure consistent governance across all actions and processes.
- Provide regular reports to showcase the impact of initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
- Collaborate to resolve issues across business areas.
- Embrace and respect diverse working styles.
- Set clear goals and priorities for your team.
- Align resources to key projects and adapt to challenges.

Experience
- Experience in occupational pension scheme administration.
- Proficient in persuading collaborators.
- Logical problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Strong time management and prioritization.
- Confident in challenging and improving processes.
- Improving operational efficiency by analyzing data.
