An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our retail team at Linda Farrow, leading our prestigious Belgravia Flagship Boutique. This is a full-time position for a passionate leader who embodies luxury service and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

About Linda Farrow

Founded in 1970, Linda Farrow quickly became synonymous with luxury eyewear.

As a pioneering designer, Linda Farrow was among the first to view sunglasses as true fashion accessories, shaping silhouettes and concepts that continue to influence the industry today.

After a 20-year hiatus, the brand was revitalised in 2003 by Farrow's son, Simon, following the discovery of a remarkable archive of vintage frames in the family's London warehouse.

Today, Linda Farrow is globally recognised for its innovative collaborations with leading designers and its commitment to craftsmanship, creativity, and timeless style.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving commercial success and embodying the Linda Farrow brand. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, championing Linda Farrow's culture and values
  • Identifying and driving sales, brand partnerships, and traffic-generating opportunities
  • Maximising conversion through best-in-class luxury service and expert product knowledge across the full client journey, including aftersales
  • Strategically managing your client base, focusing on new client acquisition and long-term relationship building
  • Full accountability for store P&L, including managing wages and controllable costs
  • Overseeing inventory management and all operational compliance, including cash handling and security
  • Providing commercial feedback to the HQ product and design teams
  • Reviewing store performance and taking proactive action to optimise results
  • Ensuring the boutique and team consistently reflect brand guidelines and luxury standards
  • Creating efficient staffing schedules within budget and liaising with HR for payroll
  • Fostering an open, positive team culture and managing performance issues professionally and proactively
