Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Acai Berry Foods, located in London. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, implementing retail best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Store Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive store environment and delivering a memorable customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills, with the ability to monitor and ensure smooth store operations
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to enhance the shopping experience and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Outstanding Communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team while maintaining positive relationships
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring strong teamwork and productivity
  • Experience in retail or food industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic inventory management and sales reporting
  • A passion for healthy food and an understanding of sustainable practices is a plus
