Are you a dedicated care professional looking to use your skills and leadership to make a genuine difference? We're searching for a passionate and reflective Team Leader to join our warm, high-performing residential care team at Niche Care.

As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding your team, supporting the Registered Manager, and ensuring every young person receives the care, consistency, and compassion they deserve.
Your Role
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, ensuring high standards of therapeutic care and practice.
- Supervise, coach, and support staff through regular supervisions and reflective practice.
- Ensure care plans are implemented, reviewed, and aligned with each child's individual needs.
- Provide a nurturing and therapeutic environment for the young people
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in your care
- Support the emotional, physical, and developmental wellbeing of young people.
- Work closely with professionals, families, and education teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
About You
- Hold a minimum Level 3 diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Have previous experience in a residential children's setting.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Have an understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care.
- Are calm, empathetic, and reflective under pressure.
- Can work a flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
