Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated, and forward-thinking individual as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is based at our Aylesbury Campus, with travel to our Amersham and Wycombe campuses as required. A successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Confidently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Be proactive and results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Be familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
