Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with a wide range of health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform advanced clinical procedures, including diagnostic testing and minor treatments, within scope of practice.
  • Support the management of acute and chronic conditions, providing expert advice and guidance to patients and colleagues.
  • Lead health education initiatives to promote wellbeing and disease prevention among diverse patient populations.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and ongoing professional development activities.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, students, or trainees as required.

Qualifications

  • Registered Healthcare Professional (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic Practitioner, Physician Associate) with valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Significant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating advanced assessment and management skills.
  • Postgraduate qualification in advanced practice or equivalent relevant training recognised by professional standards.
  • Strong knowledge of current clinical guidelines, evidence-based practice, and healthcare legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining collaborative relationships within the healthcare environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £45.00-£50.00 per hour
