About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of both London Lawn Turf and London Decking Company.

This is a key role within the business, ensuring installation teams are scheduled correctly, materials are ordered on time, and invoices and payments are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
  • Scheduling installation teams and coordinating workloads
  • Generating invoices and tracking payments
  • Procuring and chasing outstanding payments
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Supporting managers and estimators
  • Helping keep both businesses organised and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Previous office or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic office systems
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-focused

This Role Is Not Suitable If You:

  • Prefer unstructured or casual working environments
  • Struggle with deadlines or organisation
  • Dislike responsibility or problem-solving
