HOURS: 37.5 Hours
**Salary**: £25k
Contract: 12-month contract (strong opportunity to go permanent) or 6 month contract available to choose from
Working Style: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 from home (Fixed)
Office Angels are supporting a global company on an exciting new opportunity to work in an experienced, fast paced dynamic team. We are working on multiple contract positions of varying length, due to the nature of the company and huge growth and progression, there is a big possibility of going permanent but not guaranteed at this stage.
Duties include:
- General administration and account management of existing clients
- The successful applicant will help build and nurture the relationships between the business and internal and external customers
- Liaise with relevant procurement representative on forecasting demands or/and ad hoc requests in order to maintain customer supply
- Ensure that service levels are maintained
- Deal with customer queries as necessary
- Coordinate and present statistical data and reports where required
- Report any performance issues to the relevant teams
- Ensure overall quality and accuracy of all document administration
About You:
- Excellent computer skills and administration experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt changing business needs and priorities
- Results driven with a can-do attitude to ensure solutions
Next steps:
This position will be working from an office with COVID-19 procedures in place
- Hybrid flex of 3 days in and 2 days from home
