We are looking for…
Qualified and confident counsellors/health coaches who have specialist knowledge and experience of delivering face to face CBT interventions and workshops, who are passionate about empowering, engaging and educating our service users via both virtual and face to face workshops.
Location:
The role is for a hybrid remote position. You must be able to travel and have access to your own vehicle and be willing to cover the Manchester District as well as being able to work remotely from a private and confidential space.
Duties will include:
· Face to face workshops
· Sign Posting
· Small group delivery
The clinician will have the ability to work via digital video, over the telephone and face to face. Client contact is estimated at approximately 90% of the working week for this role.
Qualifications & Essential Criteria
You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, have a range of clinical experience, engaging presentation skills, great problem-solving skills and ready to hit the ground running.
Essential requirements include:
· Degree level qualification/experience in your registered field
· Current registration with relevant professional body
· 3 years post qualifying.
· Unrestricted UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle.
· Eligibility to work in the UK (unrestricted).
· Strong workshop delivery skills.
· Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
· Excellent IT skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and experience of client management systems are a must
· Able to lone work & remote/ as part of a team.
· Home working facilities.
· Awareness/practice of legislation affecting nursing practice and health care.
· Enhanced criminal record bureau check (Disclosure & Barring Check) - Working with vulnerable adults, youth and children.
