Tor View School is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated maintenance team.
We're looking for a passionate and skilled handyperson with a keen interest in maintenance, DIY and facilities upkeep. In this role, you'll be responsible for addressing day-to-day reactive maintenance issues across the school site and grounds, helping to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for our students and staff.

You'll also raise jobs, arrange maintenance of equipment and vehicles, liaise with contractors on and off-site and respond to ad-hoc requests from management as needed. The role includes both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.

Due to expansion, Aspris Tor View School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our Education team
We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Part-time or full-time will be considered for the right candidate.

About The School
Tor View School is a very special school that enables young people with with Autism, trauma related interruptions, communication needs and learning difficulties to access an appropriate curriculum in a wonderful environment in the heart of Devon. With typical class sizes of 4 we are able to provide the care, attention, time and dedication to all of the young people to enable them to access education and reach their individual goals and aspirations.
