Job Title: Full Time Business Support Officer Grade 4
Supporting Residential Children's Homes in the East Area
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Children's Directorate.

This post will be based at Lancashire House, Enterprise Way, Accrington, BB5 0FL and The Fold, 2-8 Venice Ave, Burnley BB11 5JX, providing remote support to Home Managers and operational staff based at various children's homes in the East. We are currently working a combination of home and office working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable confidential working space within your home and an appropriate broadband connection.
What we are looking for:
Passion – You'll be passionate about delivering a great service and experience, it's what will motivate you, getting it right first time, asking for support when you need it and building on the skills that you've developed elsewhere.
Knowledge and Experience – Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.
Great Communication – You'll be engaging and providing advice to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
