Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Automotive
Aftersales Manager
to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing aftersales functions within a luxury automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and customer care.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Hands on maintenance of VAG era Bentleys if required
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and best practices for classic Rolls-Royce and both classic and modern Bentley and Morgan vehicles.
• Oversee workshop scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a premium experience.
• Work with the current General Manager and MD to set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and profitability for the aftersales division.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

• Master Technician-level experience
  with the
  VAG Group VAS diagnostic system
  .
• Proven track record in aftersales management or service advisor within a high-end or luxury automotive environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
• "Can do" attitude

Desirable Skills

• In-depth technical knowledge VAG era Bentley vehicles (and good working knowledge of heritage Rolls-Royce and Bentley and models).
• Experience with restoration projects and bespoke vehicle requirements.
• Familiarity with modern workshop management systems and digital service platforms.
• Business acumen with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
