**The job of a Parts Co-ordinator**

Are you looking to progress from a Bodyshop, Dealer or Motor Factor role? Our company has grown significantly over the last few years and with our continued success we are planning on further expansion. Due to this sustained growth we are looking for a passionate dynamic individual who is driven and would love to join our fast-paced team.

The parts function is an integral process in the success of our repair centres. You will be responsible for efficiently and effectively maintaining the parts functions remotely from our brand-new bespoke Reigate office.

**About the Role**
- Join an expanding and experienced parts team
- Build rapport with onsite staff to deliver company goals
- Develop relationships with suppliers inc Dealers, Motor Factors etc.
- Review and order parts based on workshop assessments in a timely manner
- Receive on all parts invoices to ensure accurate billing.
- Manage returns process to ensure all credits are accounted for
- Maximise parts profit by sourcing required parts at the best possible price
- Previous Automotive parts experience
- Driven and motivated individual
- Time management with ability to prioritise workload
- Personable with strong communication skills
- IT literate, with understand of Office programs and Parts Catalogues

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
