Location: Based in Colchester, Chelmsford or Braintree. Travel around the Essex County will be required.
Job Overview:
Carecall247, part of Provide CIC, is seeking a dedicated Controller Responder to join our compassionate and dynamic team. As a Controller Responder, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users by responding to emergency alerts and calls into our control centre. You will provide a timely assistance to individuals who require help or have had a fall. Ensuring their safety and peace of mind.
This position someone who can work independently, demonstrates empathy and excellent judgement and can remain calm under pressure.
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills with adaptability to new systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing or care related role.
- Ability to work on own initiative, while remaining part of a supported team.
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license.
