Job Overview:

Laziza Lincoln is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items

- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Delivering food***

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and beverage offerings is a plus

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
