We are Hykeham based, but events can see us travel all over Lincolnshire and beyond.

**What is the role?**
We have positions available for part-time waiters and waitresses, with possible opportunities for bar work for applicants over the age of 18. In this position, you will mainly assume the role of ‘Front of House’; setting tables, carrying and clearing food and drink to and from the tables, cleaning, using the dishwasher and any other tasks to help the team in making the event a success. Many of our events are weddings and large parties but no two days are the same.

**As a Waiter / Waitress you will need**:

- Good physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work fast, to a high standard under pressure.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Be professional and highly organised.
- General maths skills.
- Wanting to learn & develop - we want you to grow with us
- The desire and motivation to work in a high standard, fine-dining style environment.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation.
- Have a friendly, professional persona and you must be a strong team player.
- You pride yourself on putting the guest at the heart of everything you do and going the extra mile to always create a memorable guest experience.
- You thrive on teamwork and support your team and management to guarantee we deliver a fully positive, fine dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be willing to travel to events and will preferably drive their own vehicle, although this is not essential.
- Those with previous customer service/hospitality experience are preferred and you must be eager to learn. All applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £6.44-£11.44 per hour
